Prior to joining Money Positive, Snow held leadership roles with Morgan Stanley, where he managed large-scale financial data initiatives and third-party spend analysis, as well as Catalyst Advisors, where he helped lead financial operations during a period of significant organizational growth. His experience also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for multiple organizations, where he has driven operational efficiencies, implemented financial systems, and developed strategies that have generated millions of dollars in cost savings while supporting sustainable expansion.
